Recruiting Specialist

The Faktori is looking to build an entrepreneurial team with strong leadership skills to help companies build their sales. The three-pronged approach of providing assistance in terms of People, Skills, and Process will allow our employees to offer our customers a full-service solution to build the customers organization.

Your role will include:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment: posting, actively sourcing passive candidates; resume screening, conducting interviews, referencing and client presentations
  • Manage candidate flow and direct source, as needed
  • Work with the Business Development team to gain a thorough understanding of the hiring needs of our clients
  • Maintain and build a data base of high caliber sales professionals
  • Maintain updated information on our ATSĀ 
  • Actively source passive candidates and utilizing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Identify potential business opportunities for our Business Development team

What you bring to the role:

  • Bachelors Degree, required
  • Minimum of 1 year of full cycle recruitment experience ideally in sales recruitment environments
  • Reputation for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated use of effective and best in class sourcing and candidate generation techniques
  • Ability to work within a high paced, high volume and high pressure recruitment environment
  • Experience working with a large agency is considered an asset
  • Proficiency working with CRM systems - Salesforce is considered an asset
