We are working with a one of a kind SaaS company in the software and transportation industry. This company owns the market for their service and are looking for driven customer service people looking to join their customer service team.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, the Customer Service Rep will educate customers on products and identify opportunities to grow customer accounts.



You’ll: (About the role)


  • Provide customer service over the phone, email and chat
  • Facilitate customer inquiries and provide product knowledge to grow accounts
  • Understand customers needs and reccomend solutions that provide value to the customer
  • Facilitate demos and product training to educate customers
  • Work with a motivated and growing team looking to achieve targets and goals
  • Office Location: Mississauga, ON
  • No travel requirements


Were looking for someone with: (About you)


  • Bilingual (English & French), Required
  • Post Secondary Education, Required
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions
  • Industry experience is considered an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce an asset
  • Solution driven individual that sees problems as opportunities
