We are looking for a driven sales professional to join The Faktori’s sales team. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with a growing sales organization focused on building the business of its customers. You’ll: (About the role)
- Drive your Business Development efforts by discovering new opportunities and prospective customers.
- Craft and develop personalized email campaigns to prospective customers
- Develop new outbound prospecting strategies and optimize the existing framework
- Qualify outbound and inbound leads and create opportunities for Account Executives
- Manage and monitor your activities and KPI’s through technologies like Salesforce
- Office Location: Oakville, ON
- No travel requirements
Were looking for someone with: (About you)
- Post Secondary Education, Required
- Confident communication skills with the ability to identify problems and develop solutions
- 2+ years in top of the funnel inbound and outbound sales
- Experience working in a Startup, or the recruiting industry is considered an asset
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office and Salesforce is considered an asset
- Solution driven individual that sees problems as opportunities
